Bands You Should Check Out
Hey everyone!
I’ve got a list of band that I think you should check out. They’re awesome…well to me they are!
Autograph – Secular 80’s Hair Metal band…but they ROCK!
ApologetiX – Christian Parody Band.
Boston - Most of you have heard them. Now, Brad Delp was AWESOME singer and true that there will NEVER be another Brad…but Michael Sweet will rock the stage…guaranteed!
Broken Silence – 80’s Christian Metal band with a twist…they have a chick singer! She FLAT-OUT ROCKS! Normally I would think that metal was for guy singers…but SHE ROCKS! Doesn’t matter if you are a Christian…you NEED to hear them!
Desyre – I’m helping out this band…they ROCK! Check them out if you like G.L.A.M. metal!
There ya go. There’s a ton more…but I had to say really good things about these bands! I recommend you check them out…they all rock!

Broken Silence are awesome! but what happend to them? their demo tape was the bomb!
Autograph…well, i’ve been listening to those guys since I was 3 years old. Where some kids learn nursery rhymes, I was singing “Turn Up The Radio” and “Send Her To Me”. It’s always hard to describe music that has been with you all your life; the love you feel for it is unconditional. Autograph is one of the bands that got me through the hardships of growing up.
Boston were never one of my favourite bands as I always considered them one of the “Dinosaur Rock” bands who just stagnated the stadium shows back in the 70’s. I always loved “More Then A Feeling” though. They never managed the transistion to an AOR band like Foreigner, REO Speedwagon, Heart, Rainbow or Journey did; eventuly they just feel behind…That was until I heard they were going out on tour with Mike Sweet from Stryper on vocals…I didn’t get it! What was the link or common ground between them? well recently, on this very blog, I heard a version of “More Then A Feeling” with Mike singing and it clicked! Now I can’t wait to see some of the footage that will come out with Mike in the band…it’s gonna be awesome!
