VERY RARE Stryper Bootleg

OK, I stumbled upon a VERY RARE Stryper bootleg at Jonni Jigolo’s blog. It’s Roxx Regime…with a person many Stryper fans don’t know about. C.C. Deville of Poison was in Roxx Regime, for about a month. This demo has C.C. on the axe. This is before Oz or Timmy showed up. The sound quality isn’t the greatest, but its still a great collection to have. Also, the lyrics are different on most songs. I’m not saying any of the lyrics, but its cool to hear. Very to have and a rare find.

VH1 To Air Benefit Concert On March 23!

VH1 Classic and VH1 will air “VH1 Classic Presents: Aftermath: The Station Fire Five Years Later” a one-hour special of concert highlights on Sunday, March 23, 2008 10:00 p.m. from the upcoming Phoenix Rising! Musicians United to Benefit the Victims of the Station Nightclub Fire. John Rich (BIG & RICH), ALABAMA’s Randy Owen, Dierks Bentley, Kellie Pickler and Gretchen Wilson will be joining Aaron Lewis (STAIND), TESLA, TWISTED SISTER, Kevin Max and STRYPER featuring Tom Scholz and Gary Pihl of BOSTON and the just added, WINGER among others.

All of the artists will be performing live on Monday, February 25, 2008 at the Dunkin’ Donuts Center in Providence, Rhode Island. John Rich will host the country portion of the concert while Dee Snider will do the honors for the rock segments. Emmy-nominated composer and musician Marc Bonilla who will serve as music director for the benefit, Carmine Appice’s SLAM!, Eric Martin (MR. BIG), Danny Seraphine with CTA, Gary Hoey and others still to be announced.

“What happened at the Station nightclub could have happened at any rock venue across the country,” said Tom Calderone, Executive Vice President and General Manager, VH1. “We want to help raise awareness of the survivors’ challenges to a national level through both VH1 Classic and VH1. We are hoping to tap into that huge community of music lovers and remind everyone about the redemptive power that music, and the great people who make it, can provide.”

Sorry I Haven’t Posted In A Few Days…But Here’s What’s Been Going On. Today I Went To A Local Store & Bought Two CD’s. They’re Demon Hunter’s “Storm The Gates of Hell” & “Petra: The Definitive Collection.” Demon Hunter Is A Good Band If You Like Christian Death Metal. Another Christian Death Metal Band, That Is More Intense Is Aletheian. Petra Is Old School Christian Rock. I Like The Demon Hunter Album Better Only Because It Has A Faster Tempo On All The Songs. But Both Are Good Albums. Here’s Some Links You Might Enjoy!
